A 6th grade science experiment done by 3 boys in Redondo Beach California. Sublimation effect and pressure build up to create a great explosion using dry ice, water, and a plastic bottle.Nice demonstration of the amazing power capable of basic everyday items. Other experiments as well to learn about the natural visual effects using dry ice.

  • Not sure in Brooklyn but most grocery stores carry dry ice.

    Usually must be purchased by an adult and used with adult supervision.

    Be very careful- this project can be dangerous and not legal

    in some areas- check with local authorities.
