The younger generation shun classical music because theyre trying to be anti-elitist, as opposed to judging music solely on its quality.Music is not written just for the upper classes to enjoy, it was meant for everyone.
Those who say that its not for the likes of the proletariat are simply being snobbish.Beethoven himself hated the aristocracy and the inherited wealth and power without due merit.
Its such a shame that this music isnt done justice by people dismissing it without even listening.

She is a great artist, and we should all be so fortunate to experience her talents. Music is for the world to enjoy...not for the idiots who want to be critics. Be thankful that we should hear any musicians expressions at all. Who cares what we all think....just listen with your heart, and turn away from what is so mean and hateful. If you want to hear great music, then one must be great at heart. Love thy self as to be open to the love of all of mankind. Music is love....embrace it.
