My Son Jaden Who Died From Baby Shaken Syndrome. Jaden was born 10-08-07 and died 10-26-07. He was shaken and hit in the head by my ex boyfriend. I left to the store for about 20 minutes to get some things for Jaden and when I got back he was already gone. Jadens life was taken for a damn video game. His crying was "interrupting" my ex while he was playing his game so he decided to do this to my son to try and quiet him. Little did he know he would be quieting him forever!!! Now hes facing 10.5-21 years in prison!!! Exactly, not nearly enough, he only gpt a plea because I was pregnant at the time and didnt want to cause stress to my unborn baby. he should be getting 1st degree murder!!!! Not manslaughter, no way, I made this video in memory of my gorgeous lil Angel who is now in Heaven with his big brother who also passed away 2 1/2 years earlier from SIDS!!!! Once the sentencing is over for the monster who took my Jaden from me, I will start working on a slide show for my baby Giovani.
UPDATE!!!!!-----The monster who took my lil angels life was sentenced and is now serving 15 years in prison!!! 15 is nowhere close to what he should be paying but I guess something is better than nothing!!! i hope he relives that day over n over every day while hes in there and it tortures the hell outta him!!!!
UPDATE!!!!!----- This guy somehow cheated his way through the court system because he got the judge to allow a resentence and the judge actually lowered even more to 11 years. Meaning this guy will be out walking the streets again in about 8 years. Now thats what I call bullshit!!!!
RIP my sweet Angel Jaden!!! Mommy loves you and your brother!!! Kisses from me to both of you!!!

I'm so sorry that fuckin monster is not paying on earth for his crimes.... He will be judged though... and justice will be due... I'm sorry for your loss... I have four of my own and am so scared to leave them with anyone.... including my BF who is addicted to video games... your baby's story made me that much more wary and careful about leaving them with anyone... even him.....

thank you craziecs. you are absolutely right. this guy was a close friend of my familys for over 10 years. he was one of my brothers best friends. If i had any idea he would ever lay a hand on him, i would have never let him near my child or myself. Thank you for having my back, very much appreciated!!!!

because i thought he was sick so i ran to the store for to get him some medicine. i never in my wildest dreams thought this could happen or i would have never left him.
