the bikes arent unlocked, but they have a different locking system that locks the back tire and the kickstand down, which is why they pick up the back tire to move it.

OMG LOL ALL Them peoples bikes are unlocked but know one steals them . HERE in America lol all them be gone in secs haha.

Funny how in Manchester, UK, they don't bother with motorcycles and mopeds that park inbetween bicycle roadside parking (the bars they have in the ground).
I bet the bike owners are like "OMG, a bicycle can get towed?!"
