This is my favorite desert and I am impressed you made it. At first I wasn't sure if you were going to pull it off with just one pouch of Knox because when I make it, I use four bags. I usually mix with fruit cocktail. I am not sure I would like it with Crystal Lite. I think I would invest in a bottle of sugar-free almond syrup, the kind the put in coffee drinks and make a simple syrup with that and just have the floaty cubes in that simple syrup. Otherwise great job.
