@axfndi62 It's not their brains that are inferior, it's their living conditions. Due to the slaves never really getting started after they were freed, they never had good living conditions. Racism was still around, so segregation was also. Black schools most likely didn't have as good of an education as white schools, so they never were educated as well. The parents didn't have the education, so they didn't care as much. This spread to the children. It has nothing to do with skin color.
