  • Can the beef be grilled instead of frying?

  • @KpopWarp

    yes you can.. ^^

  • What kinda contest?

  • @KpopWarp

It is coming soon.. so stayed tune. :)

  • when you say fry, do you really mean oil and a lot like deep frying? Or do you use a little bit to just coat the pan?

  • @Chelsfofo

Since it's marinated beef with the sauce, you can avoid using oil.. I fried mine without any oil..but if you think.. your meat seems a little dry.. you can add a little bit of cooking oil when you fry. thanks

  • Also cut beef across the grain. (cutting beef across the grain on a diagonal angle) breaks down connective tissues in the meat. Hence more tender beef slices.

  • this tutorial is really helpful. I am cooking this for my friends.. thankss unnie.

  • @blackjacki2

Tenderloin is the best part for bulgogi.. but you can also use sirloin, bottom (or top) round..
