Also cut beef across the grain. (cutting beef across the grain on a diagonal angle) breaks down connective tissues in the meat. Hence more tender beef slices.

when you say fry, do you really mean oil and a lot like deep frying? Or do you use a little bit to just coat the pan?

Since it's marinated beef with the sauce, you can avoid using oil.. I fried mine without any oil..but if you think.. your meat seems a little dry.. you can add a little bit of cooking oil when you fry. thanks
