Dear sepidlove, they all need the 4th branch. Bush is only a representative of an economic system in which secularism rules. This is the rule of unleashed human greed. The 3-branch system is not-well protected from forces aligned with evil & dark human greed. It's clear that Iran ("Land of Aryans") is the 1st 4-branch government of this planet. I'd say if these are the same folks who weave those mesmerising rugs with fascinating patterns, then, they know exactly what they're doing.
