Can you work out in this and if so how do you care for it afterward. Thanks and btw, your skin is glistening.What do you use on it to get that shine and healthy glow.

@soaringsolo Yes, you can work out in this unit...I braid up the hair in two ponytails or put it in a bun...once im done working out I detangle if needed. I wash the unit and my natural hair weekly or sooner if needed. As for my skin I drink lots of water and use Proactive but, the "Glistening" is probably due to my oily skin to be honest lol. this is the BEST (ie, most realistic) one i've seen on the YT. queries: (1) did you order indian remy or asian remy? (2) did you get swiss or french lace and (3) did you get light, medium or dark lace?
