@AyanaFlames i got my stuff online through amazon, but you can get it at a health food store as well, and maybe a supermarket and the detox i from 10-40 days so anytime between that

Try drinking the salt water through a straw, hope that helps :-)

I think i only did the salt water flush twice the tea worked well for me so I didnt continue with the salt water flush either. you can still get results without it just listen to your body you're doing the right thing

@vflow99 i had a problem wit the SWF so im not gonna do it, becuz i feel really sick after drinkin it, although i didnt have a prob passin it though! :D so i know my digestive system is respondin very well to the cleanse so far & the drink is somethin i know i'll get tired off but use to at the same time so i hope i last 10dys!! or more would be nice! thanks for watchin 7 supportin me it really means alot!!

as long are you are not experiencing any negative health reactions stick to it. I only made it five days but It wasnt extremely hard good luck lil sistah yo got this
