  • 15:08?!?!??! My god, kid has some serious talent

  • do you have the sophmore for this race

  • you think you can teach me something about running?

  • Man i remeber running this back in 05 or 06 goog times miss CC I got a medal but I cant find that damn video

  • Well my high school program went downhill after our coach passed away(RIP Averitt). Our mileage was really low like around 30 miles at most. Now I'm doing more high mileage, not an insane amount though cause you might get injured, but some people are different. Working up to a consistent 80 miles a week WITH CORE training. Core is essential for your strength and we max out with 100 miles over our camp. From there we do various workouts, but get a strong base first, thats key for the year.

  • Can you Give me Some Tips!!!!

  • Doing a lot better in college by far. If only I knew the things I do know about proper training. Now I'm running 20 lows for the 4 mile and crushing my high school pr for the 3 mile in the midst of a four mile race!

  • i had to run there a few weeks ago

i got 74 lol, i didnt really try

now im getting 11th place and under

    YEAH AHS lol

  • OMG no way, you go to Schurr ? XD
