Mini Airboat built off of some plans from LakeBuggy Airboats. this boat has a 13hp Honda GX390 engine and a 42x18 propeller from RND Propellers. The hull is thin plywood. Homemade, fits in the bed of a pick up truck

@kylesize no, its only got 13hp, but it'll run on plane in water as shallow as an inch or so.

Just Curios, is that a Wood hull? It looks like its very thin plywood....is that what it is? If so how heavy is it? Im looking at making one my self.

careful with the diesel engines brendon. they are heavy hogs on an airboat. the power to weight ratio just isnt there for a small boat. you will sit low in the water and be lucky to plane up from the weight. best way to go is with a twin engine like a briggs and stratton or a vw air cooled engine.
