Does BA have thier own staff on the ground at KGW or are they out sourced?

i think its quite selfish to have a strike in an industry as important as BA..
I know they're reasons behind it but some people really rely on those flights:s

I have a lot of respect for Willie Walsh. A CEO meeting his customers and front-line staff like that will certainly make people feel very valued. A very positive thing indeed.
I really do believe that he and British Airways did everything in their powers throughout the strike action.
