Dvno is a night club in France. It's one of the most crazyest nightclubs in the world. DVNO stands for Divino which is Italian for divine. The entire song is devoted to this one club. People who are saying that there is a DVNO in every town is wrong.

"DVNO" stands for "Divino." de Rosnay states, "In every suburb of the world, in every city, there's always a nightclub called El Divino... Clubs where you have to wear a white shirt to get in."[1]

You might be right, but I still cant get meaning of: DVNO is printed in gold, and the details makes the girls swet even more, when they're shaking their belts part would be associated with divine. Thats my only problem, but maybe im going too far.
