  • ok if you go through this thigh workout will it slim you thighs down or just tone them a little

  • This workout will strengthen your thighs which in turn helps to both tone and slim down your thighs. This should be used in conjunction with a regular resistance and cardio workout program.

  • I do the leg lifts for the army..there are also called Fire Hydrants
