He skipped the last part of the story...
The top 8 in that tournament go on to the next part of the tournament. 9 people show up to the tournament.
Clint messes up 4-pooling and ends up being 9th place and not qualifying.
On the drive back to Kansas he makes Sean and Nick listen to Insane Clown Posse non-stop. Clint was mad that he didn't advance into the next round of the tournament even though he never played Starcraft.
Clint is a douche.
Awesome story.

The twist is that Sean is actually interviewing himself as well, and carmac is just an alter ego he created in order to get closer to being truly free.

@TheZanursic What is the definition of an "Esport"? Online gaming in a competitive environment in my opinion - usually based on skill - and Wow at a competition level should be that as it requires teamwork for Pvp and at that point everyones gear should be balanced, of course class balance will always be an issue but thats the same with all games, including starcraft
