This company's products are the highest quality and they are the most successful in long term success. I used their products in 1998 and lost 12 lbs in 20 days, and went from a 10 to a 2. The weight has stayed off and my mom and husband lost over 60 lbs too. If you COMPLETE the program you will be healthy and happy with the results. If you dont complete it you will whine and complain it doesnt work. Well, you were the problem, not the products.

i was a student who obV was broke lol but i took the risk of investing into herbalife coz i was sick of being the BIG one i was sooo determined and after 2 months i'd lost 17 pounds :D was soo happy BUT the cockiness of loosing weight got to me and basically i gradually PUT it on coz i stopped eating healthy however i can never forget how i felt when i was herbalife the most amazing feeling of energy nd now after a month of abuse on food nd ready to feel that healthiness again thank u herbalife

@iloveyouhebe We all need carbs for energy but most people are consuming more than they need for the type of work they do ie often sedentary. Its a question of the balance in the meal. Ok to take the shake in milk and blend with fruit, both of which contain sugars, as you also taking protein in the shake. By adding protein to every meal lowers the glycemic index of the whole meal. Studying food labels look at the balance of protein and carbs. Often more sugars in breakfast cereals than donuts!!
I have been on a vegan diet for 50 days. I have tons more energy and have lost ten pounds. I want to lose 20 more. I only just discovered Herbalife. I have not tried it. Any advice?

@americanfella Key points would be to get protein into every meal, that is a vegetable protein such as soy. Not to skip meals as that slows the metabolism down. To find alternatives for any carb based snacks, that is get a balance between fruit, protein and vegetable snacks. Resist taking bowls of cereal and cereal bars as snacks, espiaclly the high sugar ones which can be a temptation for vegetarians and vegans. More info here.

when i use herbalife. must i drink a lot of water? now i take 6 litr a day......

@Heejin2901 the usual consumption of water is 2 litres a day, that is what someone shoudl drink whether on a weight loss programme or not. Of course there will be some variation depending on the climate and what you are doing. A useful guide is 2-3 litres.
