  • I wish they go back to the kinds of effects they did long ago with miniatures instead of computer generated CGIs stuff in movies.

  • Additionally- the miniatures were shot outdoors using 'true' sunlight which added to the realistic effect. The shots of the buildings collapsing at Hollywood and Vine where built on a hillside and took advantage of the 'real' houses as background perched on the Hollywood hillsides....

  • It's weird that they used a photo of the model of the Glass Tower & Peerless Building from The Towering Inferno and imply that its a photo from Earthquake.

  • I like that movie, too. Great Scott! The bells get destroyed at 1:00. I say Great Scott just like Doc from Back to the Future.
