This is sortof my major project for the class this semester. It's my signature droid GEM rendered in full detail, using high end shading techniques and rendering settings. HDRI lighting, Global illumination, caustics, and ray tracing

  • How long did that take to render?

  • I like it a lot but the glossiness give's me the impression that it was soaked on oil, if at least some small pieces looked more matte looking would look better.
