StreetCar Named Desire- Improv with Nereo II and Students from Maples Collegiate

The Grade 12 English Class at Maples Collegiate were studying Streetcar Named Desire. I was brought in as part of the Artist in the Schools Program run through the Manitoba Arts Council to learn about their assignments and adapt my spin on things. The first week we wrote spoken word pieces related to the themes around the book. The second week the students were to recreate a scene from the book. This is a sample of one of the groups who performed.
