Coalition of Concerned River Murray Communities - Protest Rally

Over 300 people attended a rally on Grieger's Sandbar below Lock 1 between Swan Reach and Blanchetown to protest about the State and Federal Government's failure to resolve issues with the River Murray. Clearly it is running out of water. The sandbar is usually completely underwater. The Coalition (CCR) was formed with almost 300 signatures calling upon the State and Federal Governments to make a proper handover of the Murray Darling-Basin to the Federal Government.
