all that money just so you can eat cow flesh and still poop. Eat fresh leafy greens and save not only money but the environment.
-
a few times a day, but i think paul would say its not quantity its quality, it should come out as one piece, large and round, not flat and thin, with very little to wipe,
-
so how often should we have a bowl movement?

You can not be serious jmonza. If you even took the time to watch SOME of his videos you would understand how educated and knowledgable Mr. Chek really is. Keep drinking the kool-aid buddy.

As right to the point as always! Yes, if you can't clean the garbages regulary it will smell in the kitchen soon! So we have to go shit to be healthy! lets go together for a better world! Thanks Paul for all your work!
hey Paul Im an Australian currently studying a diploma of fitness and for class we have been watching some of your videos from the 90s on Swiss ball exercises. At the most advanced level you were standing on the ball doing unilateral exercises with a cable and that wobble stick (forget what its called). Whats the exact purpose of building up so much balance? is it just to be able to recruit more nero muscular fibers? Teach says it doesn't really improve your TA or internal obliques?

He was basically joking and having fun. However there is a good use for such exercise and it is possible to develop exquisitely fine motor skills on such an unstable surface.
