Great sound and tone from the Splawn. I have the Gsystem with the MESA Triple Rectifier and I am trying to get a hold of a Splawn Quick Rod now! Very nice.....saw your vid from the TC forum loved it.

Hey thanks,the quickrod is a great amp, i had mine for 4 years..longest amp run for me! then had an attack of new toy syndrome! funnily enough i sold mine to get a dual rec which i did'nt like,i sold that for a Blackstar and have just sold that for an Axe-fx and guess what?,i'm trying to dial in a Quickrod sound!!

First, let me say, I Love your playing and tone! You have a couple other clips that I listen to alot! The LP thru the Quick rod is a fav! What pups you run in your paul? I just put a Suhr aldrich in mine. I REALLY want a QR. Aside from this clip, do you normally use effects in the clips? Im trying to isolate in my mind what the amp alone is putting out. Sound decent at sane volumes??

Why did you not want a Splawn 4x12 Cab? They seem less expensive than the Marshalls and built better.
