@ronal80inho Well, I get to learn to work with people and help them. I get only a little bit of money with ads, but I spend that money to buy some more equipments. I just like to help people and want to work in this buisiness, so that's why. You don't always have to do something to get back something for yourself!

Noice vid!! remember boys and girls, devote a good 5-10minutes to stretching AFTER your workouts (before is good too so that you don't pull anything but it's most important afterwards when muscles are at their tightest). exercise safely :D

@milesrulezz Watch your language please. Watch my recently uploaded videos and you'll see the workout helped. I've gained a good amount of size.
Personally I think it's great that a skinny guy makes videos and gradually makes progress. That way people can see that it takes time to get results. All those pumped up youtubers sometimes give a wrong message to their audience.

@tojsiab100 If you eat a lot of fat, it doesn't mean you can't lose bodyfat. Eating fat doesn't immediately has to result in gaining fat. I eat loads of fat as well, but I'm not fat myself.
