Kali Training Session at Round One MMA Gym Cabanatuan

The greatest misconception about the Filipino fighting arts is that it's ONLY a weapons system. With or without weapons, a Kali practitioner is always armed.

If not for the very big difference in our weight classes ( and age :( ), he would definitely be able to beat me up without difficulty during our light sparring sessions. D.B brings it to RL situation. i guess thats why FMA adapts so easily because of its constant changes.wrestling and tackling.. thats in a RL fight.. BUT understand they wear protective head gear.. take those away and it wont be wrestling or tackling so easily.. one blow to the head or any vital part of the body call it lights out. one shot kill.. good job Blade Society.. hopefully i can get a chance to trains with you when i go home to Cabanatuan as well...

@xekxkox I"m sorry but dog brothers aren't great in kali, there more low class in stick fighting, i mean everytime they fight, the person who tackles first and wrestles wins. Its stupid, unless your saying jijutsu or bjj is better.
