Unfortunately, I see a dark future for our country. I have been preparing for 3 or 4 years and I am no where near where I want to be. I found out about you from veritasfiles and like what I hear. My fellow Americans good luck and prepare. Sorry I am not feeling positive tonight and I am taking serious measures to secure my survival. God Bless.

Get yourself some form of livestock.
They will feed and clothe you and your family.
I highly suggest goats, as they eat little(can be fed grass/weeds/leaves ONLY), and will provide you with meat, milk, cheese, and hides.
They can be used as pack animals or to pull a cart.
They will follow you to the "bugout".

You touched on a very important point. What people are not preparing for or understanding is that we are about to get knocked back more than one hundred years into time, perhaps even further economically. All the people dependent upon those government checks, food stamps, will be without.. The nursing homes full of people's parents will be forced to shut down..Medications will be unavailable. The coming disaster is beyond thievery. People do not realize what is on the horizon.

im waiting for the uk gov to start shoving chips in our ass, them im gonna get the fuck out
if those mexicans really needed that hammer and crowbar then I wonder what they used to rip open ur roof in the first place?? more likely they were only rippin up the place for the craic and the shit they stole was just a fun bonus

@jarofcarrot - They probably sold them. In Mexico 8 dollars a day is an average pay day, so a crowbar can fetch a half day's wages. They also stole a stove and a bunch of other little stuff. According to the people in the area, that kind of event was pretty much guaranteed if you didn't live in the house full time.
