At the third time I tried Yoga the teacher I had (NOT this teacher whom seems excellent) asked us to roll over on the toes, the next day I had pain running along my foot from the middle toe.
4 months later...everytime I wear shoes my ankle swells up very badly and I could hardly walk all summer.
\all that was during Divorce when I really needed the Yoga, thank god I don't go to that teacher anymore.
