I've noticed that black Americans have a tendency to blame others, in particular the white man, for their own problems. The black Americans who blame the American government for their disproportionate HIV/AIDS problem are again showing another example of their tendency to blame others for their own problems.
Part of growing up is learning how to take responsibility for your own actions. Apparently, 80% or more of black Americans still haven't made it past this level.
