Cop impersonator gets busted

I'm coming home with my dad and brother and right, as we pull in, we see this undercover looking cop car come by and then two cop cars blocked it off. The cops jumped out and pointed their guns at this guy in the fake cop car who was trying to pull people over and had un registerd guns. We were all in the middle of this so we were told by my dad to get out and get on the ground in case the cops fired. We were about 8 ft. away from them so we could have gotten hit if they had fired...

I have had a 2003 CVPI for 3 years and have never had any trouble with cops harrassing me because of the car....in fact I got pulled over because I was driving erratically showing off the car up in State College PA and told the cop I was getting used to driving the car b/c I had it for one month....he laughed and let me go with a verbal warning. Never been pulled over since.

I drive a retired Chevy Impala 9C1. I'm a firefighter and stormchaser, have some antennas. Granted I also do PD work locally, but as long as you don't try and screw with other drivers it isn't a problem, this guy clearly was.

Guys, this video is of a man, who was dressed in full Police Officer uniform, a fake badge, and had pulled people over in the past two weeks, ticketing them with false tickets. I am the older brother of the guy who posted this video and lived at that very house at the time. It was in the paper and everything. Obviously, if you dont live in Santa Cruz, you wouldn't know but thats where it happened.
