Another thing is that that you're leaning a bit too far forward. Staying upright is generally better. Even a slight lean backwards (as in so slight you can't really see it) helps trigger the larger muscle groups in your back and helps with force transfer.
Indeed. :) Because of the angle, I can't tell when your feet are landing relative to the blade, but remember that your foot should hit the ground when the blade meets the target. But you might be doing that already. It's just hard to see in the vid. :) Keep up the good work!
