On January 15,2009 US Airays Flight 1549 took-off from La Guardia Airport,New York and was enroute to Charleston, North Carolina. Few minutes after take-off, the plane was hit by a flock of birds. All engines failed and was on fire. Luckly, the pilot was able to land the plane in the Hudson River. All 155 passengers and crew survived with minor injuries.

After loading, press alt. Go to aircraft and chhose failures. Go to the engines tab. Then choose the fails you want.
