i went to dealership once in an infernus, saw a bunch of money laying around so i got out to get it, got back into my car and got a wanted level for stealing the car... wtf

Not sure if this is the only random friend itd work on, so if it is you should show where on the map he appears. It might work better if you just run him over with the car slowly that might attract less attention then shooting him. Good idea though, a lot easier then doing the atm trick which i still cannot do right.
