It is a recording of a random woman talking. Let's see an arrest if there was a rape. Otherwise it is nothing but 3rd party speculation. Actually 4th party. She is repeating things that she heard about. Either way, has anybody ever been to a concert festival? Those can be a dangerous place, with the potential for sexual assaults can't they? Get a group of people big enough condensed together in one place for an extended period of time & nasty shit will happen.

@Friedstuffsable someone finally with some sense I actually was saying that to other people of course the more people, the more problems in a way. Plus, some have asked homeless and junkies from the rural street to move into the occupy and that makes the movement look bad. It's clear that this movement is embedded with mothers, father who works every day, students who work full time....lawyers, nurses, doctors....... a lot of people are fed up. Plus now some anti OWS go there to make trouble

@xadam2dudex well I have been doing very well in the stock market, so I will continue. EVERY MSM is loaded with their own personal agenda. That is common sense. Conservatives have FOX, liberals have MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CNN.......so what's the big deal? LOL

@xadam2dudex it's been on multiple web sites, not just FOX. You however would not hear about it as you are stuck on MSNBC. A simple search will show you the actual transcripts from ACORN, but that would require you to research........!
