If you don't have a partner, that doesn't mean you can't practice your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Sambo, or Judo by yourself with a grappling ball and some solo drills. Whether you want to work on balance or strength, you can do it all with a solo ball.
