You really have guts to not just do exposure therapy, but to do it with a video camera while you're narrating. Five stars.

great video, brave man, i also have SA/AvPD and find it hard to walk in places like that

Wow!! I could NOT do this! I felt so anxious just watching it and looking at all the people go by! You are so brave and inspirational, I hope that one day I can do something like this.

i feel so all watching this video! you tower over everbody :P im not used to that perspective when walking through crowded places :) anyways great video mate i think im gonna do the same thing =)

you had so much courage to do this! I have SA too and can appreciate how hard it must have been. And I had a random thought too, at first as you were walking through the mall I was thinking 'why is this filming so high up?' then I realised you must be way taller than me, haha. I'm so short and it was cool to see things from a taller persons viewpoint. XD

With me, as I walked into that shopping center, the further I got in the more anxious I would get. I need an EXIT point at all times or I'll go into a full blown PA. Think that is a little deeper than anxiety, but oh well shit happens. Cool video

Dunno how you done this lol

Good for you, man.
For some reason, the video will just stop playing so I can't watch the entire video right now. But darn, I hope one day I can get to the point I'm able to record myself in places like that.

Yeah for some reason my videos do that when they've just been uploaded. It should be ok in a few hours.
Well, you make videos and that takes a lot of guts, so I think you'll get there sooner than you think! Just keep doing what you're doing and push yourself a little further each time.
