I love crossfit, especially FGB. Eat right and do this consistently and it's like a drug.

If you can, try utilizing less knees with your push press. You expend extra energy with the superfluous movement. I'm sure you can get it up with less. Good job!

Yes, calories. I do well to get 14-16 on the rower.

Score was 297 in this video. Scored 314 a couple of months ago... personal best. Shooting for 325 next time.
