that rottie is showing total disrespect to you. you should NEVER allow it. not any dog but esp not a rottie. I have a rottie and I know 1st hand how lovable they are but yet, the strength etc of them. my rottie knows I am pack leader and never shows his teeth to me not even in play. if your dog was to bite you or someone else bc of this bad behavior the dog would be put to death but it would b your fault. not the dogs. this can be stopped...!

thats crazy disrespect... my 9 month old 90 pound white German shepherd took a nip at my cat the other day for walking by while it was eating a treat and i beat the living hell out of it. she then proceeded to apologize to me by giving me a hug which i tought it as a token of affection whenever i come home from work or friends.

ballz? or just plain ignorance? what is she doing good that you would say "good girl?" growling at you and showing her teeth is not a good girl lady. you don't need to be the dog whisperer to know that. Just a little common sense will do.

saying good girl every time the dog growls? come on it does'nt matter if you have never owned a dog in ur life common sense should tell you to not reward that kind of behavior, if that were mine and he showed that kind of aggression i would firstly remove myself from the situation then return if he still showed aggression i would slap him with the back of my hand right across the chops (lips) giving the NO command as i did so, this kind of behavior needs to be stamped out ASAP before its to late
