As a CPA, it's was her duty to understand and interpret federal tax laws; Also, as an agent of the government, it's also her duty to assure that one's constitutional rights are not violated while conducting the government's business. Hypothetically, let's say that she was a lawyer who blew the whistle, she would still get the same treatment for pointing out government corruption. Are you a lawyer?

@MrMallymal68, What I'm saying is, The Federal Government hires and TRAINS people to do specific Jobs/Duties. If she was hired as an IRS (AGENT) then she was hired as an IRS (AGENT)... Not a IRS Attorney. Elaboration: IRS Agents ARE NOT IRS Lawyers. Their Agents charged with doing their appointed duties.

Sherry Jackson is Trained by the IRS. She was NEVER Educated on how to Interpret Federal Tax Laws. She was taught to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. If the IRS wanted to Educate her on Federal Tax Laws, they would have. I watched her videos and how she misinterprets Tax Laws. Most IRS Agents ARE NOT EDUCATED. TREY ARE TRAINED TO DO WHAT THEY ARE TOLD TO DO. That's why if you have IRS Problems, you should get a Lawyer or CPA, who is EDUCATED IN TAX LAWS. NOT a former IRS AGENT. You will end up in JAIL.
