George Anderson is a city councillor in the city of Nanaimo and a director from the Regional District of Nanaimo.
George is the youngest councillor on council, and wants to see a stronger business community, councillors who are willing to listen and respond and a stronger community. On Nov 19th he became the youngest politician in B.C and beat who three of the incumbants on council.

Very informative video. Truly impressed with this fellow VIU student and overall admirable citizen to Nanaimo's residents - the ambition and goals he is looking to achieve if elected are very momentous. George is also the first candidate I have seen so far using the obvious and most effective social media elements to actually connect and communicate with the voters of the upcoming election. once in awhile a remarkable young man pops up and george may be just that. Enjoyed the whole video and will give him a chance on Nov the 19th. He doesnt sound like he'll find the job overwhelming. Prof Blodaxe
