No necessarily. Of what's happened previously, there is no reason to think the Riddler will make an appearance; but this is Nolan, I doubt very much that we will see a Riddler in the same vein as Joker. The Joker is an psychopathic anarchist, the Riddler is a psychopathic narcissist -big difference, and a diiference Nolan could easily do.

Not so much for Riddler. But when you think about it, Nolan could do wonders with the character.

The Joker said this to the Chechen in the money burning scene with Lau. Ledger is awesome as he takes the cigar from him to light the money.

I actually believe that Dent/Two-Face will be in the 3rd film. If you recall when Gordon "faked" his own death in the middle of the film...Nolan likes to fuck with the audience's mind a lot in his films. If you notice at the end of "Dark Knight" when Gordon is giving what appears to be a eulogy, there is no casket or flowers anywhere to be seen...just a photo of Dent. I wouldn't be surprised if Nolan somehow writes a complicated way for Gordon and Batman to have kept Dent alive.

Heath's laugh is just monumental. I wonder why so many people prefer Mark Hamill's.

i agree. i'd like to see penguin over riddler. but i'd like to see black mask or rupert thorne more.

nolan should do a villain that hasnt been done (in film) before like he did in batman begins (i.e. ras al ghul, scarecrow, henri ducard). he should also bring two face back. i'd like to see black mask and rupert thorne (who takes over the falcone crime family) in a turf or drug war and twoface coming out of a coma (from his fall in tdk) and trying to avenge rachel... again.
