Its illegal to board a ship on the high seas without permission, unless its done by authorities for a lawful reason. The crew of that ship were well within their rights to toss them overboard.

I dont see the sea shepard blowing fucking things up & killing innocent people, I think you'll find that is more like a terrorist.
Sinking of a whaling vessel in 1986 was an act of frustration as authorities seem to be too gutless to enforce the internationall ban on whaling.
The facts are:
Whales are protected.
Whale slaughter is against international law, it is ban.
Stop making excuses for Japanese whalers to ignore the law.
Fucking eat something else.
