This is a video demonstration of the Spartacus Workout 2012 that was created by Rachel Cosgrove for Men's Health magazine. You can do this workout 3 times per week with preferably a day of rest in between workouts. Make sure you do each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. After you have completed all 10 exercises rest for 2 minutes before completing the circuit 2 more times.

I did this last night. Ran for 10 minutes before and after. My favorite of all the spartacus workouts.
