Tetris Medley [With Lyrics] - "The Real Tetris Song"

as you put the game in
you switch the power on
but nothing appears on the screen
you-need to blow the catridge
and then try once again
without tetris youll go insane

time to pick the game type
type A or type B
one lets you play from scratch
one has pieces stacked randomly

the aim is the same
connect pieces without leaving gaps
make a line and they dissapear
reaching the top is your biggest fear

pick the level to adjust the speed
you have choices from 1 to 9 or you can go with zero
the higher the number, the faster the pieces fall
so stick with low if you are too slow

if you want a high score go with nine you get more points for every line
then the rocket will blast off into the sky
but be warned the speed is fast
you may fail you may not last
then youll have to give it yet another try

pieces falling down to-the ground (to the ground)
move em stack em turn them around!

seven different pieces appearing one by one
some can be very useful some ruin your fun
look to see which piece will be coming up next
so that you can prepare yourself before its too late

The S and Z blocks can fit almost all places
The L and J blocks are good to fill up spaces
But the one you want to look out for is the I block as it can give you a tetris

stacking up all the pieces to the side
leaving just one gap to the right
is the way to play
if the I block, does not come up you will pay

Press, A if you want to rotate clockwise
Press, B if you prefer anti clockwise
Youll know which one to press after hours of play and many many tries

Once the pieces are stacked right to the top, you know that it is time to stop
its the end of the game, you must enter your name, to put yourself, into, the hall of fame
press start to try again, its never the same, go on you know you want another game
its very addictive, its hard to put down, you'll end up taking tetris to your grave
