Single Handling Operation

Our revolutionary processing system allows for single set-up operations for a variety of parts. With just one set-up, we can drill, tap, countersink, counterbore, mark, plasma cut (heavy duty or high definition) and plasma edge bevel any shaped part. Laser-aligned plates rest on a 53 x 10 water-cooled bed, while the gantry head travels around them performing CNC programmed operations. An automatic nine-tool changer provides efficient, accurate drilling, counterboring, countersinking and tapping, using a 30 horsepower, 50 taper spindle that was specifically designed for drilling in high hardness steel up to 600 BHN.
