for sure this is a staged match, at any time masato cud end the fight but the promters want to build a name or a "legend" out of genki, but im sure even in a local casino kickbxing match genki wud get KOed with that technique

Genki Sudo is more of a legend in the MMA/fight game than you realize and he's not a clown. Quite frankly, you calling him a clown makes you sound like a complete idiot. Genki is a true entertainer. If you're just into guys kicking the shit out of each other without personality, that is fine. Genki understood his career had a finite life span. He used his time to entertain and please crowds.
PS. Masato barely edged him here. Genki would RAPE Masato in an MMA match.

Genki dictated the terms of his fights, he genuinely looks like he's having fun and there's no obvious malice/hatred in the man. He's a technical genius to boot.
