[Portal 2] Coop: mp_coop_chickentest_1

It wasn't really difficult but I like the idea of it. It required teamwork and it was fun to play.

INFORMATION on my Portal 2 videos: Custom maps are played "blind", that means I have never been in them before and everything is new to me. So I might die in them and at some points I may need a moment to think etc.
Also note that I won't always solve maps in the way they are meant to be solved, I'll just find a way to get through.
