Sparkle (A Hellsing/MLP:FiM Intro Mashup)

Trixie Victoria was a normal magician when she encountered the mysterious Nightmare Noom. Now she's going to have to deal with Sir Twilight Fairbrook Wingates Sparkle, her dragon butler Spike C. Dornez aka the Angel of Death and Pip Applejack, captain of the Wild Geese mercenary outfit and they're the ones technically on her side. Together they will face off against Sister Fluttershy of the Celestian Church, Rainbow and Rarity, the dreaded Valentine sisters and above them a certain pink pony looking to bring about the party of the Millennium!

Apologies for the lack of a 720p option but this animes pretty old and there's just not a 720p source for the intro out there.

@LimeyLassen It's Twilight's family name, okay that's probably not how pony names work but it worked nicely for me for the title as I was using her to stand in for Integra Hellsing from the anime.
