  • @rdres yes, but don't worry about it. If you see those japanese they can sit in that position for a very long time. it's not comfortable at first, but you will soon get use to it. It is good to stretch every single muscle in the body.

  • I try this breaststroke exercise and i feel the presion in the knee.

    This is normal? it's very different of muscle streching. This seem bones streching...

  • the importance of ankle flexibility cannot be overemphasized when it is easily overlooked. great video.
