This Yoga Flow sequence is for warming up the body and can used before diving onto the mat for your practice, before going to class or even before meditation. Warming up in a creative way is also a great way to start your day, end your week and before going to bed! Making sure the body is soft and supple before exercise avoids injuries and increases body awareness. Feel free to follow along and remember to repeat on the other side once your done!
