Bartok was very happy at this premiere of his concerto in E-triple sharp minor.

man...this always cheered me up!

Oh boy. I almost had a heart attack

Lool good one. I thought maybe my ears stopped working properly..

Jack Benny does Itzhak!

A very good musician like Itzhak would very easily be able to transpose this piece or if he wanted to make it sound odd. I think that this recording is wonderful.

Like mama always told me "bad imitation is the highest form of hilarity."

Absolute pisser ! I laughed till i hurt from start to finish ! Whoever dubbed this did a superb job as its is so well sync'd and whoever played the violin i imagine must actually be very good . It is not, of course , Perlman playing for anyone thinking otherwise!

... this REALLY isn't funny. I had this happen to me when I was thirteen, when the heat of the theatre decided to mess around with my violin and the tuning went awry. Scariest moment of my life.

Love it!
I know I played every note.
